I first created my storyboardNow in blender, I created a texturized plane for the groundI then made another plane for the water and created a texture for it as seen belowI then added a wooden watchtower and snowfall. This is how the above ground scene came outFor the water scene, I used the bottom side of the water plane I made and created this volumetric rectangle under the water plane for realismI then added a dark semi-sphere to block any unwanted light source (such as the Hdri).I imported @digitallife3ds Blacktip Shark model and heres how the underwater scene turned out.I then fixed the lighting, animated the watch tower, water, and camera to make this finished result:
